sparkling bone dry fine cider

this mid/late season cider was made by crushing yarlington mill, dabinett & michelin apple together; with a dash of foxwhelp apple juice pitched in for good measure. all five are classic, traditional cider apple varietals, harvested from traditional herefordshire orchards. 

with a dark but rich amber colour, & with juicy ripe mandarin citrus on the aroma & in the taste. fully fermented with wild yeasts, & vibrant carbonation keeps this fresh and so easy drinking.
