a blend of herefordshire bittersweet cider varietals, keeved and racked 6 times during fermentation to give an off dry gently sparkling pét nat cider.
deep orange coloured liquid, pours with gentle fizz. a very fruity nose-ripe, rich apple. this explodes in a fruity taste with nice sharp zing. pithy and fresh with nice bittering pip in the finish.
fermented with wild yeasts.
